Superintendent Denise Juneau raised 80 percent of her contributions from Montana compared to Congressman Ryan Zinke who raised a mere 6 percent from Montana.
According to the latest FEC filings, Denise’s in-state fundraising greatly outpaced Congressman Zinke’s.
In fact, Congressman Zinke had more than double the number of contributions from California than he did from Montana.
“Montanans are supporting Denise, because they know she’ll put them first once she’s elected,” said Lauren Caldwell, Denise Juneau’s campaign manager. “It’s no surprise that Congressman Zinke can’t raise money in-state because he’s more interested in spending his time rubbing shoulders with D.C. insiders.”
